Aravali Group of colleges is one of the most preferred for job placements by leading corporates. Various MNCs and MSMEs are enough to lead our students through a promising career with high packages. Aravali Institute of Technical Studies provides full placement support to its students for the courses of M.Tech., MCA, B.Tech., BCA, and Diploma in Engineering.

 

AITS has a dedicated training and placement cell that oversees the placement activities, which has been playing a significant role and is now one of the key departments of our institution. As there are many more Engineering Colleges coming up, the competition for employment is increasing every day, and providing an opportunity for placement has become a challenge. The Training and Placement Cell has been at its inception for quite a while now and is performing activities like arranging implant training for students and inviting various organizations for campus recruitment.

 

AITS achieved for the B.Tech. and Diploma 2023 speaks volumes about the programme’s high standards and the robustness of the placement system, which has offered sufficient flexibility to both the candidates and the engineering industry over the last decades.

 

The placement model at AITS is a five-stage process; career guidance talks, pre-placement activities, career counseling, job opportunities, executing placement, and post-placement reviews. We are trying to achieve almost 100% placement for our eligible students. It is a matter of great satisfaction at AITS, as 70% of our eligible students from AITS students for their final year have already been placed every year.

Placement Process

  1. The training & placement department sends placement invitation letters to the companies, enclosing a brief summary of the courses available at AITS.
  2. The Placement Performa (PFA) is required to be filled out by the company. The completed form, along with a brief company profile, job profile, and details about the campus recruitment drive, is to be sent by the company to the Training & Placement Cell.
  3. The company can visit the campus for a pre-placement Talk either before the selection process or can combine it with the final recruitment.
  4. On receiving the information file, the training and placement office announces the requirements of the company, asking interested students to submit their resumes, which are then handed over to the company.
  5. The company is required to shortlist candidates from the application pool and eligibility data file sent and send the same with the shortlisted candidates to the Training & Placement Cell at the earliest.
  6. A mutually convenient date is finalised for the selection process or recruitment drive.
  7. The company is required to furnish the final list of students, preferably on the same day, or as soon as possible, after the completion of the selection process.
  8. The offer letters need to be sent to the Training & Placement Cell for handing over to the students. Offer acceptances (from the students) received, will be sent to the company by the Placement Office.
