Overview

We are pleased to launch a Consultancy Committee in AITS with prime objective of encouraging the entrepreneurial culture among the young and dynamic professionals from initial stage of their curriculum so as to equip them with potential to become job providers rather than job seekers.

The Consultancy Committee can play a vital role in guiding and mentoring students who are interested in entrepreneurship. Here are a few suggestions on how the committee can achieve its prime objectives: Workshops and Seminars, Networking Opportunities, Incubation Support, Industry Collaborations, and Entrepreneurial Competitions.

The members of the academic staff of the AITS should be permitted to engage themselves in Consultancy practice to such extent, which does not interfere with the discharge of their duties. The reasons being:

In many departments, AITS offers expertise and a host of specialized facilities that can be used by academia and industry and is of mutual benefit. In addition, it gives recognition to ARAVALI.

• Consultancy/Sponsored Research projects enrich the experience and knowledge gained through interacting in the professional sphere. The Academics also get a chance to experiment under actual service conditions.
• Consultancy also provides an opportunity for students to see the sphere of their chosen profession.
• It provides a financial return (small or large) to ARAVALI, the faculty, and the staff in general.
