Value Addition / Inclusions
FREE BUS FACILITY FREE UNIFORM For all the students admitted in year 2016 – 17
1. If a student withdraws or cancels admission within 10 days of admission confirmation, all deposited fees will be refunded after deducting an amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only).
2. If a student withdraws or cancels admission within 10 to 20 days of admission confirmation, all deposited fees will be refunded after deducting an amount of Rs. 10000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only).
3. If a student withdraws or cancels admission before one week of the commencement of classes, all deposited fees will be refunded after deducting an amount of Rs. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only).
4. For admission in II-Year (D to D or II-Year Diploma), if a student withdraws or cancels admission before one week of last date of admission as declared by R.T.U. or B.T.E.R., all deposited fees will be refunded after deducting an amount of Rs. 25000/- (Rs. Twenty five Thousand only).
5. If a student withdraws after the last date of admission, no fee will be refunded.
6. Caution money is refundable subject to the submission of an annual course fee and a no dues certificate.
7. If a student withdraws from the any Diploma, Undergraduate & Postgraduate program in subsequent semester, no fee will be refunded.
8. The above refund rules will also apply to a student who is expelled from the college on disciplinary grounds.

Accommodation and Hostel charges
1. In the case of withdrawals of admission application before the commencement of classes, the hostel fee will be refunded after deduction of hostel charges of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only).
2. No fee will be refunded if the student has once occupied the hostel.
Transportation and Bus Charges
1. No Deduction will be made if the student withdraws or leaves the transport facility before the commencement of classes.
2. The transportation fee will not be refunded if a student withdraws after commencement of classes.
• Commencement of Classes: The date of commencement of classes is widely displayed on college notice boards and college website. All students are required to regularly check the website for updates. For B.Tech., Diploma, M.C.A., M.Tech., and B.H.M. courses, the commencement of classes is mostly August 1, 2023.
• For all delayed fee payments, a late fee failure penalty may be charged from the scheduled date of depositing the fee.
